Applicability Determination Index System
By US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurances (OECA), Manufacturing, Energy and Transportation Division (METD). The Applicability Determination Index (ADI) is a database that contains memoranda issued by EPA on applicability and compliance issues associated with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (with categories for both NESHAP, Part 61, and MACT, Part 63), and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC). There are also separate categories for asbestos (Part 61, Subpart M) and woodstoves (Part 60, Subpart AAA). Recently issued determinations are added to the database on a quarterly basis.

Audit Policies and Guidance

EPA Audit Protocols

EPA Laws and Regulations

FIFRA Section 18 Database

A database providing information about current and recent actions under Section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Section 18 of FIFRA authorizes the U.S. EPA to allow states to use a pesticide for an unregistered use for a limited time if it is determined that emergency conditions exist.

GOV.UK Waste and Environmental Impact
By The Environment Agency. Information about starting up and running a business in the UK, including waste management plans, hazardous waste and preventing pollution.

Health Laws

Information Network

NetRegs Pollution Prevention Guidelines
By The Environment Agency. The Environment Agency, Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and SEPA have produced a range of UK-wide Pollution Prevention Guidelines (PPGs). Each PPG is targeted at a particular industrial sector or activity and aims to provide advice on statutory responsibilities and good environmental practice.

OSHA Law and Regulations

US Public Laws
By US Government Printing Office (GPO). A collection of US laws enacted during the current Congress through 104th Congress (1995-1996) and are prepared and published by the Office of the Federal Register (OFR), National Archives and Records Administration.

Workplace Safety Laws
